While we provide 24/7 monitoring services, we cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents. Our monitoring service depends on proper system operation, communication network availability, and emergency service response times, which are beyond our control.
You are responsible for any fines or penalties imposed by local authorities due to false alarms. We will make reasonable efforts to verify alarm conditions before dispatching emergency services.
You agree to pay:
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and automated payments. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Equipment remains our property until fully paid. You are responsible for the care and protection of all installed equipment during the service period.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for installation, maintenance, and service activities. Any delays caused by access issues may result in additional charges.

You may terminate services at any time with 30 days written notice. Early termination may result in cancellation fees as specified in your service agreement.

We warrant that our equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding service availability, response times, or prevention of security incidents.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HouseProtecter from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our services are provided, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
